What we need

Lesley Russell will be a "controller" of the personal information that you provide whether in person or through this website, unless otherwise stated in this privacy notice . 

Individual personal data:

I will collect, store and use the personal information that you provide to me to assist me in preparing lessons for you which meet your needs. This will be collected, stored and used in accordance with this privacy notice.

Who we share your personal information with 

We may be required to share personal information with statutory or regulatory authorities and organisations to comply with statutory obligations in relation to safeguarding including child protection or the protection of vulnerable adults. 

How I protect your personal information.

Your personal information is stored on my electronic filing system and is accessed by me for the purposes set out above. 

How long do I keep your personal information.

I will retain your personal information for as long as I am tutoring you.
