WHAT I do and what IT COSTS

The first session will be to assess how best to assist you or your child. You may only want help in one or two areas.  This is called a Teaching Needs Assessment. There is no charge for this. It is for me to find out from you how I can help and for you to decide if you think tutoring will assist. 

Once I know that you wish to proceed we can agree the number of tutoring sessions.  I will then prepare a series of lessons. These will be designed to get you the skills you need. There may be some grammar but mostly it will be practical so you can go on to do what you need to do. 

I will update the Teaching Needs Assessment on a regular basis adjusting the lessons if necessary, so the tutoring always covers those aspects of learning where most assistance is  needed.
